Our Therapies
We offer a wide range of therapeutic measures that always focus on the whole person. In this way, body and soul are viewed as one unit, so that ultimately total peace and harmony can be found.

From caterpillar to butterfly
Our clinic is a cocoon of shelter and security for growth. We accompany you on your own individual journey of inner transformation. A central element of our work is the warm-hearted encounter. The experience of being accepted as you are - being welcome with all rough edges - enables a special bond. Relaxed, healing relationships between parents and children provide support and create a safe framework where adults and children can discover their self-efficacy and self-empowerment. To achieve these goals, we teach helpful skills for dealing with painful conditions.
Treatment in our clinic is based on modern scientific knowledge, for example, mindfulness research and studies of secure attachment. We work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from the third wave of behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, and body psychotherapy (somatic experiencing). In addition, we use relationship- and encounter-oriented psychological elements as well as therapeutic relationship according to Rogers and Rosenberg.
Psychotherapy/Cognitive Therapy
We offer high quality psychotherapy delivered by qualified psychiatrists and trained psychotherapists. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a discussion-based treatment that is delivered in one-to-one situations with a psychotherapist over a number of sessions. Group therapies are offered when common learning and socialising with other patients enhances the healing process.
Art and Body Therapy
Patients may use any other channel to express themselves and their inner feelings. Art can be one of the stimulating channels to allows a patient to communicate on a different level.

Physical activity indoors or outdoors harbours enormous healing powers as the individual might experience new levels of achievements that he might have neglected in the past.
Mindfulness Work
Mindfulness work is an essential part of Buddhism and involves paying attention, moment-by-moment, without judgment and with acceptance, to everything that is happening both within and around us. The concept and practice of mindfulness has been around for thousands of years in Eastern cultures. However, it is only recently that Western medicine has started to research and discover the myriad of improvements to physical and psychological health associated with its practice.
TCM and Natural Healing
Traditional Chinese Medicine and other Natural Healing Methods are based on thousands of years of experience and knowledge. Their approach to psychosomatic illnesses may help to open doors to a quicker and more sustainable healing process in certain individuals.
